Pick a prompt, fill it in, and it lands right where your cursor is. Control-Command-P opens Quick Access from the menu bar. Searching “launch” finds a template, the Spring release preset fills its variables, and Fill & Paste puts the finished prompt into the draft being written in TextEdit. Pasting into other apps uses the Accessibility permission on your Mac. Without it, the prompt is copied and ⌘V does the rest. The shortcut can be changed in Settings. The library is free with no limits: prompts, responses, categories, tags, Fill & Copy, search, iCloud sync, export and Privacy Lock. Pro is optional. It adds Quick Access on Mac, the prompt keyboard, widgets, Quick Add on Apple Watch, version history, collections, variable presets, batch actions and automatic backups. ### How does sync work? Through your own iCloud. Your library is mirrored between your devices in your private iCloud database, which we cannot see. There is no Prompt Core account and no server of ours in between. You can turn sync off on any device in Settings › Sync & Data. ### What can the keyboard see? Typing works without Full Access. With Full Access on, the keyboard can read your prompts from Prompt Core’s storage on the same device and check your Pro access with the App Store. It does not record what you type or keep a typing history, and it sends nothing you type to us or to anyone else. ### Does it work with my AI tool? Prompt Core does not connect to any AI service. It keeps your prompts, fills them in, and copies or pastes them wherever you work, so it works with any app or website you type into. Responses come back the same way: paste or share them in, and they stay linked to their prompt. ### Can I get my data out? At any time, on the free plan. Export a full backup as a `.promptcore` file, or export to Markdown or plain text. A backup can be imported on any of your devices and merged into the library without overwriting newer edits. ### What happens if I stop paying for Pro? Nothing you made goes away. The Pro tools stop; reading, copying, editing, export and sync keep working, with no limit on the size of your library. ### Does one purchase cover all my devices? Pro is a universal purchase. Buy it once on Mac, iPhone or iPad and it applies on the others signed in to the same Apple Account. Pro subscriptions cannot be shared through Family Sharing. ### How do refunds work?
