Terms of use
Prompt Core is sold through the App Store and licensed under Apple’s standard terms. This page explains how the optional Pro upgrade is billed.
The license
Your use of Prompt Core is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). The app is made by Great Love. How the app handles your information is described in the privacy policy.
Prompt Core Pro
Prompt Core is free to download and use. Prompt Core Pro is an optional in-app purchase, offered three ways:
- Yearly: $19.99 / year. An auto-renewing subscription, billed once a year.
- Monthly: $2.99 / month. An auto-renewing subscription, billed every month.
- Lifetime: $49.99 once. A one-time, non-renewing purchase.
Prices are in US dollars. Local prices are set by the App Store and may differ. Pro is a universal purchase: one purchase applies on Mac, iPhone and iPad signed in to the same Apple Account. Pro subscriptions cannot be shared through Family Sharing.
Free trial
New subscribers to the yearly plan get a 14-day free trial; after it, the plan costs $19.99 a year. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription begins and its first year is charged to your Apple Account. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or, if you start with the free trial, when the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends, at the plan’s price at that time. If the price of a subscription goes up, Apple tells you before the new price applies.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, or until the end of the trial.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly.
If Pro ends
When a subscription ends or a purchase is refunded, the Pro tools stop. Nothing you created is hidden, trimmed, made read-only or deleted: reading, copying, editing, export and sync keep working.
